1. Nature of the partnership
Your partnership with us is a commercial collaboration. You help us reach new stores, and in return you receive a percentage of eligible subscription payments for stores attributed to you; commission can recur with recorded later payments and renewals. This is not an employment relationship, and you choose how and when to carry out your referral activity.
2. Commission mechanism
Commission is recorded automatically in the commission ledger when an eligible subscription payment succeeds for a store officially attributed to your partnership. Your commission level is determined automatically from the number of active attributed stores, while respecting any account-specific rate set by the system. See the FAQ for details.
3. Your obligations as a partner
You agree to:
• Present the platform honestly to store owners without false promises
• Not misuse store data or information outside the scope of your partnership
• Not register fake stores or duplicate the same store through different accounts to obtain unearned commission or discounts
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect account compromise
4. Platform right to suspend or end the partnership
We may suspend a partner account or end the partnership without prior notice when evidence establishes any of the following:
• Attempted manipulation or fraud involving commission or discounts
• Registration of fake or non-genuine stores
• Impersonation or use of false information
• Illegal activity or activity that violates applicable Lebanese law
In these cases, the platform may freeze pending commissions until the investigation is complete.
5. Payout and verification
Before the first payout, we require a simple identity-verification step (identity document + clear photo). This is a standard protection measure for you and the platform. No commission can be paid before verification, even if it is recorded in your account.
6. Disputes and communication
For any dispute or question about your commission or account, the first step is to contact us directly and try to resolve it amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the partnership is subject to Lebanese law and the competent courts.
7. Changes to the terms
We may update partnership terms or the commission mechanism over time, for example when level-system updates are introduced. We will notify you in advance of material changes before they take effect.
