Everything you need to know before you start

How do I earn commission?
You receive a percentage of each eligible subscription payment for a store attributed to you, and commission can recur with later payments and renewals according to the current financial ledger.
Is there a minimum number of stores I must bring?
No. There is no mandatory minimum. As your active attributed-store count grows, your level and commission can update automatically under the program rules.
How do partner levels work?
Partner levels are calculated automatically from the number of active stores attributed to you. When you reach a higher level threshold, your rate updates according to current program settings.
When do I receive my first payout?
When an attributed store makes an eligible subscription payment, your commission is recorded as pending in your financial ledger. Verification is required before it can be marked paid, and settlement is handled by program administration according to the approved payout cycle.
Why do I need identity verification?
Verification is required before any payout. It is a protection step for you and the partnership.
What do I need to verify?
Verification depends on the identity details and documents required by program administration. Your verification status appears in your account; self-service document upload in the portal is not currently available.
How do I receive payouts?
Payout method depends on the payment details and program options enabled for your account. Commission status appears in your portal as pending or paid according to the financial ledger.
Is there a subscription or cost for partners?

How do I refer stores?
Your portal provides a referral link and code that you can share with store owners. When a store registers through your referral, attribution follows the current referral system.

There is no fixed maximum under the current program.
What happens if an attributed store stops its subscription?
Commission from that store stops while its subscription is inactive and can resume when the subscription is renewed according to current rules.
