Practical guide for store owners

Everything you need to run your store on 961.menu

Start with the quick steps, then jump to what you need: products, orders, payments, POS, customers, or support.

No topic matched that search. Try a shorter word such as “order”, “product”, “payment”, or “QR”.

What do you have after registration?

After creating your store, you have a dedicated page on 961.menu with a store URL and an admin dashboard where you add products and manage orders and settings.

Your page becomes more useful as you complete store details, images, products, and opening hours.

Your first steps

  1. Verify the store owner email if a verification request appears.
  2. Add a clear logo and review the store name and details.
  3. Organize categories and add your main products with prices and images.
  4. Review opening hours and important settings before sharing the link.
  5. Share your page link or QR code when the page is ready for customers.
You do not have to finish everything in one day. Start with the information customers need to order easily.

Store owner email verification

Store-owner email verification is a security and admin-access step. If you receive a verification request, open the link from your email and complete the process.

This step protects the owner account; it is not a subscription or payment step.

Your page and products

Categories and products

Organize products into clear categories and edit the name, price, description, and image from the dashboard. Clear product information makes browsing and adding to cart easier.

If you have many products, use the import tools available in the dashboard when they fit your case.

Options and ingredients

For products with sizes or variants, use product options instead of duplicating the item. If ingredients can be removed, add them through the available product options.

Logo, images, and opening hours

Upload a clear logo and real, suitable product images, and review opening hours. These details help customers understand your page and know when the store is available.

Orders and payments

Order management

Customers browse the page, add items to cart, and complete an order. From the orders dashboard you can track orders and update their status according to your workflow, with live controls for quick visibility.

WhatsApp with orders

Depending on your order and communication settings, WhatsApp can be used alongside the orders dashboard. Treat the orders dashboard as the primary place for order status and review the communication settings that fit your store.

Online payment via Whish

Whish can appear as an online payment option when it is enabled and configured in the available store/platform payment flow.

After payment, the customer returns to a clear result state. Do not treat a payment as successful while the result is unconfirmed; rely on the confirmed state shown by the payment flow.

If the payment result is pending or needs review, do not treat it as a successful payment yourself.

Point of sale

Cashier and payment screen

POS is suitable for in-store sales: select products, adjust quantities, and complete the sale. In the current cashier flow, payment methods such as cash/card and split payment are used according to the POS setup available to your store.

Barcode / SKU

When a product has a barcode or SKU, you can use it to find or add the product faster in the available POS flow.

Customer history

Customer history in the operational tools helps you see prior customer context when needed instead of treating every visit as the first.

Live order controls

Use live controls to track orders and move quickly between the appropriate operational states from the same workspace.

Customers and accounts

Customer phone verification

For new customers, the phone number is the primary registration identity. The customer verifies it with a six-digit SMS code before the new account is completed.

This step verifies the customer account. It does not mean the customer receives an SMS on every login.

Existing accounts and recovery

Existing accounts continue to work under current compatibility rules and are not automatically treated as phone-verified just because they are older. Email remains useful for recovery or secondary verification where it is used.

Kitchen and delivery

Kitchen screen

The kitchen screen groups operational orders in one clear place so the team can follow new orders, preparation, and readiness without opening every dashboard detail.

Delivery tracking

Use the delivery operations surface to track ready orders and their dispatch/delivery state according to the tools available to your store.

This guide covers store operations only and does not assume a separate public courier-registration platform.

QR and discovery

QR and your page link

A QR code can open your store page/menu directly, and you can place the link in your bio or share it on social media. Use your official store link so customers reach the correct page.

Public directory visibility

Eligible stores and products can appear in the public directory according to visibility settings and platform rules. Directory visibility helps discovery but does not guarantee ranking, visits, or sales.

Rewards

Tokens and rewards

If the token system is enabled for your store, you can use the available reward rules to encourage repeat visits and let customers use balances or offers according to your settings.

Using rewards

When a reward is available to a customer, follow the redemption flow shown by the current system, whether in an order or POS, according to reward type and enabled settings.

Settings and team

Store details and opening hours

Review the store name, logo, description, colors, and opening hours in settings. Keep customer-facing information aligned with your actual store.

Staff accounts and permissions

Create staff accounts and assign appropriate permissions so each person can access only what they need for their role.

Support

How to contact support

If you run into a problem, use the support channel available from the store/admin interface. Describe the issue clearly, including what you were doing and what appeared.

For general contact, email [email protected].

Send an attachment safely

If your support interface allows attachments, use them to send a screenshot or document that helps explain the issue.

Important: Do not include passwords, API keys, or other sensitive secrets in a support attachment.
