1. Purpose

This agreement governs the specific relationship between 961.menu and a store that opens a page on the platform, in addition to the general Terms of Service and with obligations specific to the merchant.

2. Eligibility and verification

You must complete the required verification process and provide accurate business information before your store page goes live.

3. Merchant responsibilities

• Keep your menu, prices, and product availability current and accurate • Fulfill orders you receive within a reasonable time • Respond to orders through WhatsApp or another channel you choose • Follow the Acceptable Use Policy • Handle delivery arrangements yourself or through your own delivery partner — 961.menu does not operate its own delivery fleet

4. Fees and subscription

Plans and prices are shown on the official pricing page. Any additional details about billing cycles or specific transaction fees remain subject to final definition; contact us directly with questions before subscribing.

5. Data and ownership

You own your customer relationships, product-list content, brand assets, and store data. 961.menu processes this data only to operate the platform, according to the Privacy Policy.

6. Platform rights

961.menu may suspend or remove a store page for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, following clear and proportionate procedures.

7. Term and termination

Exact details such as any minimum subscription period, cancellation notice, and data handling after account closure remain under final legal review.

8. Liability

This clause is under final legal review, particularly for order disputes, delivery issues that occur outside the platform, and WhatsApp outages.
